Lucille  In a bar in Toledo across from the depot on a bar stool she took of her ring. I thought i´d get closer so i walked down over and sat down and asked her her name. When the drinks finally hit her she said i´m no quitter but i finally quit living on dreams I´m hungry for laught´er and here ever after I´m after whatever the other life brings. In a mirror i saw him and i closely watched him i thought how he look out of place. He came to the woman and sat there beside me he had a strange look on his face. The big hand was calloused he looked like a mountain for a minute i thought i was dead. But he started shaking his big heart was breaking he turned to the woman and said: You picked a fine time to leave me Lucille with four hungry children and a crop in the field. After he left us i ordered more whisky i thought how she´d made him look small. From the lights of the bar room to a rented hotel room we walked without talking at all. She was a beauty when she came to me she must have thought i´d lost my mind I couldn´t hold her cause the worlds that he told her. Kept comming back time after time. Lucie V baru v Toledu naproti skladišti na barové židličce sundala si prsten. Myslel jsem si, že půjdu blíž tak jsem sešel dolů posadil se a zeptal se jak se jmenuje. Když už byla přiopilá řekla, že nejsem nula ale já najednou přestal žít ve snech a toužil jen potom jí rozesmát, A odsud až navždy ať cokoliv přinese další život. Uviděl jsem ho v zrcadle, a prohlídnul jsem si ho zblízka. A pomyslel jsem si,  jak jsem nezapadá On přišel k té ženě a sedl si tam vedle mne a v obličeji měl zvláštní výraz. Velké ruce byly mozolnaté, vypadal jako hora. A na minutu jsem si myslel že jsem mrtvý. Ale on se začal třást jeho velké srdce se lámalo otočil se k té ženě a řekl: Vybrala jsi ten správný čas opustit mě se čtyřmi hladovými dětmi a úrodou na poli. Měl sem špatné časy žil během dobrých časů. Ale tentokrát se zranění od Tebe nezahojí. Za světel baru do pronajaté hotelové místnosti jsme šli a vůbec jsme nemluvili. Byla krásná, když ke mě přišla a musela si myslet že jsem ztratil rozum. Nemohl jsem jí držet, protože ty slova co jí on řekl se stále vracela a pořád dokola. Vybrala jsi ten správný čas opustit mě se čtyřmi hladovými dětmi a úrodou na poli.
